Comments will be back on. Again I'd like to reiterate that this should be something positive (And most importantly not feel like work). Deleting a bunch of inappropriate comments smacks of effort. As for those that won't play nicely: I suggest simply ignoring them. I'll work (ugh, there's that word) to remove innappropriate content and then we can all just move right along. All right?
