Whats this! A blog about Spokane theatre, but you can't get pictures of this show IN SPOKANE? It's the big white building at Spokane Falls Blvd. and Washington. That has to be closer than Portland right? More paid local people are working there right now than Interplayers, Civic and the now defunct Art and CenterStage combined. I guess that's not newsworthy.
Bobo and a hired photographer from Portland saw *Phantom* in late August in Portland so that we could prepare the this week's pullout in The Inlander, six weeks later. These four photos are just supplements to what we published in the paper -- the best of what we didn't use in print. We took several photos of local stagehands in Portland, but chose not to use them. This was a PREview, so photos of Spokane personnel would have been too late. No disrespect to Spokane crews intended or created.
