  1. Hmmm... is interPLAYERS doing better financially? According to the August archives of your blog, Romeo and Juliet was already (at least partially) cast, with a director chosen. Now the show is Of Mice & Men with a director TBA. They have the finances to go through the hiring and audition process again, for something else? I sincerely hope they contacted those (from Romeo & Juliet) mentioned above. If they knew last August that they were going to be working for interPLAYERS in June, they may have held off on accepting other roles during the time they were planning on working here. Not being an actor, I can only guess, but at this late date, is there any hope of them finding other work during that time frame? I mean, sure, they can wash dishes, or do janitorial, or whatever, but will that pay as much as they were expecting? And will that be as "passionate" (for lack of a better word) as performing in Romeo & Juliet?

  2. How can Interplayers hold auditions with no director? Or Artistic Director? Interesting mode of operations.
